Refund Policy

GENERAL:

When you place an order electronically on our website, you are deemed to have accepted the preliminary information form and the distance sales agreement presented to you.

Buyers are subject to the provisions of the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on Distance Contracts (Official Gazette: 27.11.2014/29188) as well as other applicable laws regarding the sale and delivery of purchased products.

Shipping costs for product delivery are borne by the buyers.

The purchased print is delivered in full, with the specifications stated in the order, and accompanied by a certificate of authenticity.

In the event the sale of the purchased product becomes impossible, the seller must inform the buyer of this situation in writing within 3 days of becoming aware of it. The total amount must be refunded to the buyer within 14 days.
PAYMENT DEFAULT FOR PURCHASED PRODUCTS:

If the buyer fails to pay for the purchased product or cancels the payment in the bank records, the seller’s obligation to deliver the product ceases.

PURCHASES MADE WITH UNAUTHORIZED USE OF CREDIT CARDS:

If it is determined after the product is ordered or delivered that the payment was made using the buyer’s credit card by unauthorized persons, and the product amount is not paid to the seller by the relevant bank or financial institution, the buyer must return the product to the seller within 3 days, with the shipping cost covered by the seller.

UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES DELAYING PRODUCT DELIVERY:

If unforeseen circumstances arise that prevent the seller from delivering the product on time, the buyer will be notified. The buyer may request a cancellation of the order, a replacement product, or a postponement of delivery until the obstacle is resolved. If the buyer cancels the order:

If the payment was made in cash, the refund will be processed within 14 days.

If the payment was made by credit card, the refund will also be processed within 14 days, but it may take 2-3 weeks for the bank to transfer the amount to the buyer’s account.

BUYER’S RESPONSIBILITY TO INSPECT PRODUCTS:

The buyer must inspect the goods/service before accepting delivery. Damaged or defective goods (e.g., crushed, broken, torn packaging) should not be accepted from the courier. Accepted goods/services are deemed undamaged and intact. If the right of withdrawal is to be exercised, the goods/services must not be used, and the invoice must be returned along with the goods.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:

Buyers may exercise their right of withdrawal within 14 (fourteen) days of receiving the product by notifying the seller via the contact details below, without any legal or criminal liability and without providing any justification.

PERIOD FOR EXERCISING THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:

For services purchased, the 14-day period starts from the date the contract is signed. The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for service contracts where the performance of the service has begun with the consumer’s consent before the end of the withdrawal period.

The costs associated with exercising the right of withdrawal are borne by the seller.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the buyer must notify the seller via registered mail, fax, or email within the 14-day period and ensure the product has not been used as per the provisions of "Products for Which the Right of Withdrawal Cannot Be Exercised."

CONDITIONS FOR EXERCISING THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:

The invoice for the product delivered to the buyer or a third party must be returned (if the invoice is issued to a company, a return invoice must also be issued).

Returned products must include their original packaging, box, standard accessories (if applicable), and must be undamaged.

RETURN CONDITIONS:

The seller is responsible for refunding the total amount and any documents that impose liability on the buyer within 10 days of receiving the withdrawal notice and for accepting the return of the goods within 20 days.

If a reduction in the value of the goods occurs due to the buyer’s fault or if a return becomes impossible, the buyer must compensate the seller for damages in proportion to their fault. However, the buyer is not responsible for changes or deterioration that occur due to proper use of the product within the withdrawal period.

If the right of withdrawal results in the campaign limit amount being exceeded, the discount used in the campaign will be canceled.

DEFAULT AND LEGAL CONSEQUENCES:

If the buyer defaults on credit card payments, they agree to pay interest and be liable to the bank under the credit card agreement with their bank. In this case, the relevant bank may take legal action; any legal fees and attorney’s fees may be claimed from the buyer. In all cases, the buyer agrees to compensate the seller for damages caused by delayed performance of the debt.

Payments can be made online via credit card (single payment or installments). The order amount will be processed on your credit card upon order completion.
